|IN STORE COLLECTION||FREE||Orders will be ready for collection from our Duke Street store once despatch email has been received|
|UK STANDARD||£4.95||Orders will be delivered within 7 business days and will require a signature on delivery|
(Please note this service may take up to 10 days during busy periods)
|UK EXPRESS||£8.00||Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours and will require a signature on delivery|
(Please note orders will not be despatched on Saturday and Sunday)
|EU EXPRESS||£15.00||Orders will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days and will require a signature on delivery|
|REST OF WORLD||£25.00||Orders will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days and will require a signature on delivery|
(Please note VAT will be removed at checkout and goods will be shipped duty unpaid)
HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?
UK Standard Delivery will be delivered by Royal Mail, Next Working Day will be delivered by DPD. We cannot deliver on weekends.
International orders will be delivered by a reputable global courier service such as UPS or DHL.
SALES TAXES & DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods.
Please check your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 28 days.
Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
We offer complimentary returns & exchanges on all UK orders.
For all returns and exchanges please complete the returns form ensuring the reason for return/exchange is filled in.
Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the style, colour and size you would like to exchange it for.
If you a returning an order from outside the EU please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’.
Please note we are unable to refund any shipping, custom taxes or duties incurred outside of the UK.
