ECOMMERCE MANAGER/ ECOMMERCE TRADING MANAGER
Circa £40k
Location: London
Reporting into the CEO, you will be tasked with guiding the overall UK Ecom strategy for Penelope Chilvers working closely with internal teams and relevant agencies to deliver an amazing website, digital customer experience and drive business growth.
Flexible working hours and will consider compressed week for the right person.
Requirements: Must have Magento experience. Proven track record in retail/consumer/FMCG Ecom management. Minimum of 5 years Ecom experience. Ability to think strategically and act to “make it happen!” Naturally intelligent and inquisitive. Good understanding of a broad range of Ecom disciplines to ensure that a cohesive Ecom plan is implement (SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media, platform management etc). Commercially focused with a clear understanding of customer acquisition & retention and ways to improve the purchase funnel.. You will be a good all-rounder with a “can do” approach. Experience in fashion will be an advantage.
