Penelope Chilvers offers the following shipping options:
UK Mainland Customers: 2 to 3 working days
European and UK Islands Customers: , 3 to 4 working days
US, Canada, Australia and Japan: 4 to 5 working days
Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries at the moment.

To UK mainland destinations: £10
To European and UK Islands destinations: £34
To US & Rest of World destinations: £47.50
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

How will my parcel be delivered?
Penelope Chilvers delivers goods by Private courier. When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
What if I want to return an item?
From the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn purchases. Customers must keep their dispatch note as proof of purchase. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, and to always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Penelope Chilvers at your own expense. Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing. Please note that we are NOT able to accept returns for orders made online in any of our stockists.
